Showroom - Vienna

<p>For its new retail location in central Vienna, <a href="https://www.alza.at/">Alza</a> the Czech leader in electronics distribution—wanted a space built around three core components:</p> <ul> <li>A coffee shop,</li> <li>A counter for product pickups,</li> <li>A dedicated area for showcasing PC components.</li> </ul> <p>SaShu for Retail was tasked with designing the "product pickup" and "component presentation" areas. Our primary goal was to introduce visitors to PC assembly and peripherals in an engaging way. As a result, the customer experience leans more toward an interactive museum than a traditional electronics store.</p> <p>Customers can also place orders on-site, consult with specialists, and pick up their pre-ordered packages.</p> <p><em>Cooperation:</em> <a href="https://www.4nb.cz/">4NB</a></p>

SaShu combines the expertise of an architect and a designer, both specialized in retail displays, POS materials and interior store design, with over 20 years of experience. Today, a point of sale is no longer just a product showcase—it is a fully integrated part of a multichannel strategy, where every detail matters to embody the brand’s identity and create a unique customer experience.

Gardenpolis

Garden center - Bruntál (CZ)

<p>In 2023, Strommy Company s.r.o. set out to create <a href="https://www.gardenpolis.cz/">Gardenpolis</a> in Bruntál, Czech Republic—a garden center spanning over 1,000 m² of indoor space. Far more than just a retail outlet, this project is designed to be a central hub for community life, fostering social cohesion and interaction among local residents.</p> <p>To bring this vision to life, we created several dedicated zones for gathering and learning:</p> <ul> <li><strong>A coffee shop</strong> for socializing over a drink,</li> <li><strong>A workshop space</strong> for hosting sessions on gardening, DIY, ecology, and more,</li> <li><strong>An outdoor educational area</strong> specifically designed for children, to raise awareness about nature and sustainable development.</li> </ul> <p>The customer journey is designed as a leisurely stroll, blending indoor and outdoor pedestrian paths. The layout combines the loop-style customer flow with the grid-based organization of supermarkets. it encourages visitors to spend time exploring without imposing a rigid path.</p> <p><a href="https://www.gardenpolis.cz/">Gardenpolis</a> aims to be a showcase for sustainable development. To achieve this, the project incorporates eco-responsible solutions, such as:</p> <ul> <li>100% renewable electricity production through rooftop solar panels,</li> <li>A rainwater harvesting system, with collected water reused for irrigating green spaces and crops.</li> </ul>

Mitsubishi Motors

Showrooms in Czech Republic et Slovakia

<p>In 2019, <a href="https://www.mitsubishi-motors.cz/">Mitsubishi Motors</a> unveiled its new visual identity, including a complete redesign of its showrooms. SaShu for Retail was commissioned to adapt this concept to the Czech and Slovak markets, implementing it across 44 local dealerships.</p> <p>We coordinated the project’s execution, ensured compliance with the original design, and collaborated closely with the Japanese headquarters to maintain the brand’s global consistency.</p> <p><em>Cooperation:</em> <a href="https://www.tpr-nabytek.cz/">TPR</a></p>

Don Pealo

Point of sales redesign

<p>In 2018, <a href="https://www.donpealo.cz/">Don Pealo</a>, a Czech retailer specializing in alcohol and tobacco, sought to reimagine the interior layout of its stores. The goal was to attract a new clientele seeking premium products while retaining its existing customer base. Most of its stores are located in shopping centers, positioned near supermarket checkouts.</p> <p>The customer journey was designed to remain simple and intuitive, ensuring regular customers would not feel disoriented. The storefront remained unchanged, preserving its immediate recognition. However, a striking suspended structure featuring the brand’s logo was installed at the entrance. This eye-catching element instantly draws attention and enhances the store’s visibility.</p> <p>The interior layout is organized as follows:</p> <ul> <li>The cigar humidor is strategically placed at the entrance, within the natural flow of foot traffic, to appeal to premium product enthusiasts.</li> <li>A central gondola showcases the newly introduced high-end wines.</li> <li>Wall gondolas retain the usual product selection, ensuring continuity for existing customers.</li> <li>A large counter is positioned at the back of the store as in the previous layout.</li> </ul> <p>Materials and colors were carefully selected to create a timeless and inviting atmosphere:</p> <ul> <li>Wood, brick, and dark tones evoke a classic, elegant style.</li> <li>Thoughtfully redesigned lighting enhances product visibility and highlights their appeal, while fostering a warm and sophisticated ambiance.</li> </ul>

Nani

Nani Nails

Pilot store

<p>Originally a B2B distributor of manicure products, <a href="https://www.naninails.cz/">Nani Nails</a> launched its own network of retail stores across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We were commissioned to design the first pilot store, which will serve as the blueprint for all future locations.</p> <p>Our creative approach is built on three pillars:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Clarity and lightness:</strong> A refreshing space with unobstructed sightlines, offering customers an immediate and comprehensive view of the product range.</li> <li><strong>Optimal product showcase:</strong> Sleek, minimalist displays designed to highlight each product, even in compact spaces.</li> <li><strong>Scenographic inspiration:</strong> An atmosphere drawn from theater, film studios, and the world of showbiz. One wall, transformed into a stage, spotlights the NaniNails logo as the star of the show.</li> </ul> <p>This space is designed to deliver a memorable and immersive customer experience. Aménagement des dealers - 2018
Ukázka jednotné vizuální identity brandu v praxi. Pro Mitsubishi jsme lokálně implementovali nový design showroomů. Když skončí online vyhledávání začíná u dealerství cesta zákazníka. Jihlava je první showroom Mitsubishi v ČR, který se může pochlubit kompletně implementovanou cestou zákazníka prodejním místem, od prvního vzdáleného vizuálního kontaktu s showroomem až po slavnostní zážitek z nákupu vozu.
